Description: evergreen, grass-like perennial with grayish blue stems (1-2 ft.) and tan flowers that appear to arise from the sides of the stems (summer). Gray rush looks beautiful in Japanese-style gardens. Facultative wetland (usually, but not always, found in wetlands). Full sun/part sun, regular water (will tolerate less).
